I diagnosed with vestibular migraine and doctor prescribed me sibilium 10 mg and eliwel 10 mg and how many days took for recovery pls tell and is it safe to use both morning and evening

Vestibular migraine usually improves gradually, not immediately. Recovery time depends on the severity .both medicine usually take before sleep because its causes sleepiness or sedation.also Avoid migraine triggers (bright light, loud noise, fasting, excess screen time).avoid stress and take proper sleep.
