Head from left side is twitching

I face problem that my left side above or upper side of ear is twitching suddenly and normal after second and after sometime again this is happens what is this plz guide me or tell any medicine for this is not happen again

This regional twitchings not associated with any other neurological symptoms need not be investigated unless they are debilitating or causing issues.
