From last 15 days I have neck pain with feeling of imbalance during walking and standing. It feel like floating sensation or feeling of being pushed .. Pls help me in this problem I have no numbness tingling or weakness in arm or leg

My father- he is completely dependent on his wife for ADLs(toileting, bathing, dressing), Reports humiliation, loss of independence & marital tension, Rt post-craniotomy 1yr back pt is now having mood swings like depression, anger, & about memory - clearly recall old but distorted recent memories There is rigidity of both upper & lower limb problems with balance problems, left side weakness & tingling sensation with headache present, also he also experience hopelessness type thoughts & life is over like thoughts. also frequently crying, l have never seen him crying in my 27yrs of life, he was good at sketching, but now he draws everything but unable to do only  face drawing, Wife is his primary caregiver, He frequently targets anger towards her & perceive her as enemy, having emotional strains, now unable to travel due to his condition, want to make online consultation,
