My father is 77 years old with no history of blood sugar and bp. He has always been fit and walks almost 5-10 km daily. For the past two months he has been feeling weak, tired, pain below both the knees and even left shoulder. For the past three days he has been feeling really dizzy and even finding it difficult to walk, specially in the morning. We just got a brain ct scan done and it says - the basal cisterns, fissures and suici are prominent. Ct findings reveal mild cerebellum and cerebral atrophic changes. Advise mri brain and clinical correlation, what does this mean ? I consulted a general physician- after checking him physically he said it's mostly old age and exertion due to doing a lot of physical activity and he should rest - and consult again if needed. What should I do? His blood sugar, kft , crp , cpc, liver tests are normal. He still feels dizzy at times

I am getting up early in morning due to various reasons. After getting up I'm getting heaviness of head and mild vomiting sensation since last couple of months. Initially it was as occasional but recently it happens daily.

From last 15 days, I have been facing symptoms of half headache on right side with sometime dizzyness. Also feeling sleepy. Headache is mild mostly on right-back of head. BP is normal. Sometime on front-right even in eye. Head feels little tight. Plz assist on this. I don't smoke, non-alcoholic and vegetarian. Always eat home-made food.

Shocks inside my skull towards backside and sometimes on the top exactly. It gets normal when I pour normal water (shower) what could it be. luse Zerodol if it's sever. But what is it about?

This started with a mild pain on my big toe of right foot 2 weeks back. The pain was bearable initially but since some days it's unbearable to the point where I can't lie down or sleep or sit even. The pain has spread to other toes of both the feet now. And the sole pains too now. The rheumatologist said my blood reports were clear. The pain is constant . The rheumatologist gave me a steroid for 4 days which isn't working on the fourth day also. I have pcos, high cholesterol levels and on statins since 2 years. My legs feel weaker than my upper body and I get current and pins and needles like pain on foot. Should I visit a neurologist or a podiatrist?

I have been having cervical spondylosis with vertigo from past 10 months.. recently I have developed fullness in the ears with ringing..what could be the reason for ears fullness..please suggest the treatment as well..
