Brain and Spine Problems

When ever I think/study, I get an strong stabbing headache in single/same part again and again in the upper part of head.. It feels like an ice pick headache sharp , very sharp I got the MRI done, there's nothing in it, and even EEG ,it's normal.. Can someone suggest what should I use for this pain to kill or completely go away...

What does this mean ...will this cause any adverse effect to me in day to day chores ...if yesss then how ???and what's the treatment for this ???

Hello Doctors, From last week ; I'm observing temple headache ; eye heaviness & mild dizziness .. there is band of pain over the head .. I have observed this is worse when I'm on screen for more than 1/2 hour ie laptop or mobile .. I am taking Prodep 20 mg from last 3 months for anxiety which is under control & 1/2 of 0.25 mg of Lenozep for 2 months at night which I shall tamper off by next week .. Now went to eye specialist as had got cataract surgery 2 years back .. all report normal no eye issue he told .. blood pressure is also normal .. Now I'm confused what's the reson for this .. please help looking for consulting

My nephew had squint. Eye Doctor suggested use the glasses and as he aged 7 years but learning ability is slow  for him we told to doctor and doctor suggested mri scan. I am sharing the report here.will he recover fully if he use any medication?

Facing dizziness with pins and needles pain in Feet problem for almost 2 years. ConsultEed general practitioner doctor provided with vitamin B12, D3 tablets. After taking it few months the symptoms have reduced considerably. But again started back. Also after ejaculation of semen the dizziness gets increased. Nerupathy problem, numbness in right leg. Right leg numbness start. I m  not feel pain in my right leg foot to knee positive babinski in my left foot.
