Brain and Spine Problems

Hello doctors, So I am taking anti migraine medicine inderal f 10, for almost 20 days now and got significant relief. Just want to know can I continue taking it in the long term? Does it have any side effects if taken in the long term? My doctor prescribed this for 1 month. But I was wondering if I stop taking it will the migraine pain come back?

Hello My father in law (age 75) had been prescribed two medicines separately by two doctors in a short time gap. I wanted to know whether these medicines can be taken together in a day or not. He is facing constant dizziness and loss of sense of balance while walking almost all the time. The medicines are Syndopa 110 and Strocit plus.

Hello Doctor, I had a single seizure in June 2025 and have been taking my medication regularly since then. I have not had any seizures after that. I am planning a trip to Ladakh in a few months, which involves long train travel and high altitude. I want to know if it is safe for me to travel in these conditions, especially considering sleep changes and altitude. Also, could you please guide me on what precautions I should take during the trip, what symptoms I should watch for, and what I should do if a seizure happens while traveling? Should I carry any emergency medication or take any additional precautions? Thank you.

I have impaired awareness seizures & take tegretol 200mg morning / 300mg nighttime. 53kg/177cm Titration started Jan 2026. Should nighttime very intense teeth grinding, thrashing, panicky noises (definitely seizure and not parasomnia) be improving by now? Daytime has improved a bit. What is the normal expected timeline? Also have IUD for adenomyosis. IUD controlled pain but now tegretol has caused lots of uterine cramping. What options to manage this or any long term suggestions that helps? Also any quick general advice for someone on tegretol long term? Risks and how to minimize deficiencies? Thank you for your time your advice is greatly appreciated.

Headache started before my boards I thought it was because of stress but it became constant,I have constant headache for more than a year  which shifts sides depending on which side i sleep on.it sometimes gets worse when it comes to my left side,I have no other symptoms other than my headache.it mostly feels like some weight is put on me and sometimes like a nail is pierced in my head.

Hello doctor, I am suffering from migraine from last 17 years using naxdom 250 it provides relief after taking , but from last 2 3 month my headach frequency has increased so i started taking migraine treatment but it has not effected generally migraine occurs on the left side of brain but now my head pains from the front and back and it is worse ,feels nauseous why it is occurring and how to cure it permanently

I was bitten by dog on 23 Jan on Palm , I was given RIG properly around wound and 5 doses of Rabivax 0,3,7,14,28 which ended 20 Feb and then I took Antibody test thinking it is RFFIT (but it was ELISA) on 6 March , it showed me score of .32 and report suggested > .5 I was concerned and went to doc and he said it is borderline and since dog was a pet it is no risk but that is just of mouth for dog well being i have not seen him. I am not immunocompressed ,I dont have HIV nor I have lower WBC or any accounts related with lower immnunity response and most of cold and issues get healed without medcicines What should i do , I am bit tensed

During sleep , suddenly the legs of my  spouse are getting tight. One nerve seems right and pulling the leg. After pain spray and light massage, it subsides. At that time it was very painful. At that time, I feel that ahe can't stand and walk for life. But after some time, it is ok. When ahe has to sit on a chair for a long time, it happens again. Age 57. Diabetic. Doctor, I am experiencing a daily sleep disturbance. Every morning between 3:00 and 4:00 AM, I wake up with a distinct feeling of heaviness and numbness localized to the back of my head. The sensation is quite disruptive and prevents me from getting a full night's rest. I have noticed a specific pattern: when I wake up and transition from lying down to a seated position, the heaviness and numbness start relieving slowly and after around 1 hr I start feeling better. But if I sleep try to sleep just after getting up that head heaviness remains there.
