Taking medicine for OCD and depression. When I feeled much stress, then I felt weekness in to lower limbs and hands. Sometimes I felt miled numbness on rt feet. Is it ok.

I am having severe pulsating headache on my left and back side of head don't know how do i describe feel some moments happening like muscle or nerve pulling tightly kind of sensation may I know the reason since i had consulted many doctors but it's of no use except changing of tablets.
