Severe headaches once a month

I get a very bad headache at the back of my head at least once a month at night. It gets bad when I try to lie down or sit. When I stand up or walk, the pain reduces. It stays for at least 4-5 hours and is almost unbearable when lying down. I don't know what the problem is or what causes these random headaches. The pain is severe at the back of my head. I'm not sure what doctor to see and what scans to do. Is an MRI helpful? Please advice.

PDPD/POSTPARTUM MIGRAINE/OCCIPITAL NEURA

I am 31 years of age. I developed post-dural puncture headache about 33 days back, post my normal vagina delivery after epidural. I was on complete bed rest, dolopar tablet and caffeine, and about 10 to 12 days I was recovered. I was asymptomatic for almost a week. Then for the past 10 days, I developed unilateral throbbing pain in the occiput, which then radiates to behind the mastoid temple and then to vertex and parietal area. These symptoms are only on the right side. whenever I lie down after an initial throbbing, my symptoms disappear. Some times i have associated scalp tenderness on right side .Can you tell me what is the risk cause for this? No blurring, nausea or vomiting Before pregnancy i had once a month headache during menustration in right frontal region relieved by naprosyn I was on side lying position for initial 10-12 days after breast feeding but then i was feeding the baby in sitting posture But for past 3 days im on side lying posture .no smoking/alcohol

Spinal cord defect

Hiii...my mother is 56 years old...my mother used to have normal back pain from time to time, but a few days ago, the pain became so severe that she started having a lot of difficulty in lying down, getting up, and walking. When she got an X-ray done, the doctor said that her spinal cord has become bent, which was a shock for us. The doctor said that this can gradually be treated with physiotherapy, but takes a lot of time..... Will this get better? I also attached the report and xray below...
