Brain and Spine Problems

Hello, My dad had a stroke like 2 yrs ago, couldn't do physiotherapy because of pain. Any medicine/ injections would help?

Is pregabalin 75 and gabapentin 300 mg both are same medicine or different medicine. Can anyone take both simultaneously.

My head was got hitten 20 days before as hard part of the bed had fallen on the middle of my head. There were no symptoms in except headache between 48 hours. After 48 hours, i felt vomiting(mild) and mild headache. Did a ct scan brain, reports were normal. Took zerdal sp twice for 3 days then naxdom 500 twice for 3 days. Headache has been decreased. But still after i wake up there is mild headache after sometime it decreases. I had migrane 2 years back. This pain is somewhat like migrane. Also taking razo d in morning. Now am not feeling voming but mild headache. But am only experiencing this after that hard hit. But mo vomiting aur dizziness felt. Its been 20 days. I have been stressed since then. Want to know the reason of headache

I was sleeping in the cab and I could feel myself awake and move but I couldn't open my eyes. It felt like being locked in my sleep. It took me a lot of effort to open my eyes. I have no headache or numbness. My bp is fine. Why did this happen? Please tell. I am concerned.

My brother had normal fever and loose motion 3-4 days back which got better. But from last 1 day he is behaving abnormally like he is talking senseless (i'm going to die and my heart is not pumping), it looks like he's having panic attacks and having negative thoughts but it's getting worse. He has not slept in last 24 hours and he is not able collect his thoughts and talking senseless. If anyone can suggest what should i do?

Hello doctors, I had a spine surgery called microdiscectomy in L4-L5 on 21st jan 2026. Before surgery the pain was more in the left side and middle of lower back.. after surgery now the pain has started from right hip and travels down to the leg sometimes... there's a constant but mild pain on right side of my lower back. How can I this be treated?.. please help

I am a 20-year-old male with vitamin B12 levels declining over time (196 → 165 → 135). Recently, I learned about B12 deficiency and noticed several symptoms in myself: poor concentration, brain fog, depression-like feelings, and memory issues and tinitus. I also have reduced coordination and slower reaction time while playing, occasional imbalance while walking or running (especially when tired), and I get fatigued easily. Physically, I have mild needle-like sensations and occasional numbness in my arms or feet (usually when pressed or folded). I suspected a hormonal issue, but my testosterone to estrogen ratio was around 11:1–12.7:1.

I have 7 months baby I was having some problem near L5, L6  before pregnancy They said the gap qas very close near those points So I took acupuncture, Ozone injections n Sujok treatment , it was ok for 1 month Once pregnancy confirmed , I stopped treatment Now again I m getting pain and it's sometimes hard for me even to walk Can I use any medicine now or Should I go for accupuncture again I take only Dolo 650 or CALPOL Since baby is on motherfeed mostly

There is some vessel on left tn nerve and its not known whether its artery or vein or is it at root of the nerve??
