Well u can take this medicine as prescribed It's generally safe , in breastfeeding 1st one is for painkiller ( napdap 500mg ) 2nd one is antacids (uvancid-40) as ur taking painkiller (reduces acid in ur stomach) 3rd one is for vertigo (verticap-16) You can skip tab verticap 16 if u don't have symptoms of dizziness or headspnning around .
