Hit my head by mistake
I hit my head fairly hard this morning while I was opening my almirah to search for something. There was no bleeding and the exact spot where I hit my head does not hurt much, but since then I’ve been feeling dizzy and not quite like myself. I have mild dizziness, a strange “off” feeling in my head, and slight pain at the back of my head (even though I didn’t hit that area). I could not study for more than 1 hour because I was feeling "off". Is this normal? Do I need to rush to emergency? I didn't have any blackout or vomiting..

Head injury of this type can cause concussion. Symptoms which need further investigation include headache associated with vomiting, feeling drowsy/ sleepy, any abnormal movement or weakness of any limb. Since it happened in morning, likely is nothing major Take some medicine, paracetamol for headache If it doesn't subside by morning or worsens, consult a neurosurgeon
