Heavy head , diziness (Migrane? )

Respected sir/madam I am having following symptoms since last year August 20, 25. These symptoms start around 20th of the month last for 10 to 15 days and resolve on their own and then re-occurred next month. The following symptoms are 1. Heavy Head ("inward pressure in skull") 2. Dizziness. 3. Fatigue. 4. Sensitivity to light. 5. Occasional headaches, not every time. I also get my MRI on recommendation of a neurologist in a government Hospital and as per the doctor, it was okay I also went to a ENT specialist for ear related issues, but it was okay to as per the doctor I also got sugar test, and it was okay I also got ECG done, and it was fine when I showed the report to doctor I'm having the symptoms since last year, August, there resolve on their own and then come back next month again I don't have anaemia, other disease are also ruled out such as BBPV etc IS THIS MIGRAINES???
