Body heavy feel and tightness in head

From past 5 days ego I felt vibration feeling in my body for 3 4 seconds from that I felt like spinning sensation in my body like vertigo I counselted general doc he said might be due to strees give me some medicine feels good but not completely cured what happens NY shoulders my body feels heavy when I standing I still but my mind feels like imbalance and also have dizziness what should I do can explain properly

Brief vibrating and spinning sensations along with a heavy, imbalanced feeling when you stand often point to an inner-ear (vestibular) problem, such as benign positional vertigo, rather than stress alone. Partial relief from your doctor's medicine but ongoing heaviness and imbalance after five days means it needs a closer look, not just symptom control.

Next Steps

Get your blood pressure and blood sugar checked, since swings in either can cause similar imbalance. Ask your doctor about seeing an ENT for a vestibular assessment if things aren't settling, since guided head-position exercises often help with positional vertigo.
