  4. Mild heaviness in head. Please suggest!

Mild heaviness in head
Eyes and head feel heavy since 4-5 days. No other symptoms are present. Due to continuous heaviness, sometimes feels like vomiting and stomach always feels full so cannot eat even 2 chapatis. Please suggest
