I was hurted four years ago in and around right ear( no bleeding). Now I am feeling light numbness sensation in  that area. I have strong cervical spondylitis. Feeling pain behind right eye. Having imbalance  and light Vomiting sensation. What is reason behind it?What should I do? What medicine should I take? What

Good evening, I am male,age 37 years, weight 89 kgs , height 5"11 , last one week before suddenly BP went to 200/120 and,leg and hand pain and headache, I joined the hospital as in -patient with different methods in 5 days BP came back to 120/80 , but I got severe headache and heavy leg pain and left hand pain . The doctor suggested going for a brain MRI and Spain MRI My regular BP tablet tazloc beta 50 mg rosovas 10mg Please suggest to me what is the main problem why I am getting headaches and heavy leg and hand pain. Is it with BP or tension? Or any other reason Please suggest me? What to do now
