Brain and Spine Problems

Attached is the mri report of my father aged 60. He met with an accident 4 months back.. Initial 3 months there was only memory issues. We have consulted almost 10,15 docs which said that memory issues will resolve with time.. But now there are balance issues, memory issues as well.. He is on admenta 10mg,syndopa plus, donep5mg, desval er250mg, olanzapine 5mg. Along with  diabetes and hypertension medicines.. I need to confirm what is mri report saying.. Does memory will come back and he will lead a normal life.. We are very worried because he sometimes behaves so childish and stubborn.. Please help.

My mother in law has been operated in heart due to lump in heart., which a particle got sticked to brain and stroke happened. The lump surgery happened and taking medicine for stroke past 2 years.. She is recollect few things and not able work good still.. L Took MRI scan again after 2 years for follow up. Attached the result before surgery 2 year and current day Jul 6 23 Need your inputs on this.. Kindly help at the earliest..

My son complaining about headpain on left side.. but he is active. Headache isn't bothering him. But he says sometimes like this. Same spot he says it sometimes. Please tell me what may be the reason. If I ask him after few minutes is it still hurts he says no.. am fine. I don't understand what to do. Pleae help

I have migraine problem since 2018. Sunlight or sound music all this increases the pain. Two to three days a week there is severe headache.Initially the treatment was done in the first 5-6 months, then it was stopped because the weight started increasing a lot.But now the pain has increased so much that I cannot tolerate it.

My brother age is 26 he born Dumb and he is only dumb but not deaf . he is very clever and active . but only he is dumb and a liitle bit tongue problem becuase his tongue is not moving properly like a normal person and that is why he can not chew food properly specially hard food . So is it possible to be treated ?
