I have headache issue and it starts at evening. All tests are nornal so doctor gave me migrane medicine for headache but it's not worked. Is it tention headache or what and for this which medicine should i use?

Hi, I wanted to ask for my mother , her MRI showed - 1) Chronic lacunar infarct in both gangliocapsular region 2) age related cerebral atrophy 3) T2/Flair subcortical hyper intensity in periventricular frontoparietal white matter  and bilateral subcortical white matter in centrum semiovale , is it serious , or life threatening , she was initially taking the medicines : Telmisartan with metraprolol succinate -50 mg Telmisartan with amlodipine - 50 mg night                  But BP was not controlled , so we changed medicines to cilnidipine-10 morning and metrosartan 50 mg night .                                                                                         She also had swelling in leg ,Is lacunar infarct in report, life threatening or not ?because our neurologist said it's nothing to worry about it's common in 62 year old , it's normal . She was taking rousovostatin for some days but stopped as she had swelling in leg but after changing medicine to metrosartan she is fine .

Please help to understand this report. Patient is 67yr old and  has dizziness, slow walking, high pressure

I have been diagnosed with focal Dystonia. I have taken botox but still I can't see any improvement. MRI, blood test, KF Ring test for eye are all normal. Is there a treatment for it. If not , any alternative solution to write.

Throbbing headache on right side of head and sometimes around right eye. The headache is not countinue. The headache occur any time for 1,2,3 hours and naturally go back. I see my mother's area below the eyes swells. Muscle weakness, Tingling feeling on hand and limbs ( Tingling feeling is not continued )

Experiencing post evening pain and whole day 30 to 40% numbness in Little & ring fingers at both hands. NCV normal Ultrasound normal. MRI says c6,c7 compression. Physical examination normal Neurologists said first it is cubical tunnel syndrome, then nerve compression, then thoracic outlet syndrome. NAMES CHANGED , MEDICINE CHANGED, but symptoms sustained. Now I am on ELIWEL 25 mg 0-0-1 Actually said pain started 5 years ago though a sleep paralysis. When i tried to wake up forcedly i observed something is tearing in my back. I suspect it could be brachial plexus injury. But investigations focused on cubital tunnel syndrome, cervical spine and thoracic outlet syndrome. All tests done. Result normal. all gabapanin medicines tried. No use. ELIWEL looks better comparing to other medicines. Can you suggest me a best way to come out of this condition. Hi Since last few days, i am having occasional fluttering in the nerve of the head (in right temporal lobe). It happens for 1,2 hours then get fine after some time. Is it something to worry or its normal ? Please suggest
