Brain and Spine Problems

I have persistent headache and nausea from some days I have a history of anxiety and migraine and high BP sometimes I had taken propranolol in the past and have started taking it again along with naxdom Yet the headache n nausea are not getting cured It is disturbing my daily routine I am a dentist n belong to a doctor's family So i know the basic protocol Have consulted neurologist n cardiologist in the past too I lost my mother 2 months back and i have final year PG exams in a month So the stress levels are high But not as high that the headache doesnt get well even for a day

Dear Sir, About 4 months ago i had undergone Brain MRI. Report attached herewith. I was happy that its normal but here is a point that bothers me every now and then i.e. in last four months because of some personal reasons i have undergone lot of stress and anxiety and didn't sleep well What i feel everyday is that will i develop any form of defect like a clot, tumor etc in my brain because of this stress n anxiety in last 4 months even when my Brain MRI was perfectly normal 4 months ago. Should I repeat my Brain MRI again. Or within how much time are there any changes possibly reflected in the brain after a normal Brain MRI. Please help.

Currently I am working on office and spend a lot of time on computer,for the last few days whenever I get up from the chair, my head feels very heavy for a two to three seconds.Apart from this, when I change the side while sleeping the same thing happens with me. earlier it used to happen once or twice a year, now it is happening continuously for a few days. Kindly suggest solution for this.

From past 3 days headace is coming from right side only what is the treatment for this Plz anybody help me out

Having pain on right of the head, pricking pain no nausea, doctor prescribed tryptomer. I have two queries 1. What could be the reason for pain and how long it'll take to become normal 2. Tryptomer making me very drowsy all over the day, I have been in rest for 5 days, tablet is there for 5 more days, should I extend my leave or I can stop medication? Please advise

Dear sir,  In sleep study found a  unexpected arousal associated with sleep (NREM parasomnia). I used clonozepam 0.25mg for  2 months but I didn't feel anything better. After wake up feeling sleepy,restless Sleep, tiredness, low energy. In Sleeping my legs are frequently moving from last10 years. My blood test, vitamin D, B12, sugar test,  thyroid test, MRI, EEG are normal. I I already visited all doctors but  no use . Due to this I am unable concentrate on my work and unable focus and efficiency also decrease. Kindly suggest permanent solution

Hi, I am suffering from leg pain. My whole left leg hurts badly, when walking, standing for long. This caused me after I joined the gym for weight loss. And when I consulted a neurologist, he asked me to take an MRI. Then I found some nerve problems in my neck n leg. I would like to know more about it. How to treat it permanently. Can I go to the gym for weight loss? If I reduce my weight will this problem be solved? My report : Levels C2-C3 0.91 C3-C4 0.96 Screening of the dorsal spine: No significant abnormality noted. Screening of lumbar spine: Transitional L5 vertebra (Sacralization). No significant abnormality noted in the lumbar spine. Impression: Straightening of the cervical spine with loss of lordosis. Focal syrinx of cervical cord at C6 level. Mild Posterocentral Disc protrusion at C5-C6 level causing indentation over ventral thecal sac.

Last night while I was in sleep, suddenly a bomb like blast happened in my head but after waking up nothing was there , it was like bomb blat and thunder light , can I know the reason and happened firstly last night

Symtoms 1. spirals/loops feeling in mind(not always but mostly trigerred by sound) with uncontrollable movement of hands and legs. 2. fall feeling when walking 3. feeling of loosing control of 2 wheeler while driving. also feeling confused while driving 4. sudden flying feeling in train/bus earlier i feel this way once in while but now it started happening daily. now i dont feel safe while driving 2 wheeler. i also started to stay in my house mostly. i dont know what this problem is but it is getting hard for me to go outside Please guide me properly how can i diognos this problem. is this a serious mental illness?
