Brain and Spine Problems

I have been having symptoms of numbness while cutting vegetables for 10+ mins and recently when I tried practicing driving a scooty felt the numbness with in ,5 min of driving. The instructor told me it's related to blood circulation. Consulted my GP and he says to do physical excercise and keep my hands in hot and cold water. Problem has not gone away. Any info will be of great help

Sir, for last 5 days when I driving scooty for 7 to 10 kms, my right palm becomes numb. And some pain on my right elbow to palm.

I met with an accident in which a part of the bone above the eye was severely damaged and crushed. The neurosurgeon had to remove the smaller pieces of bone put an implant to re-construct it with the bigger pieces of bone. Now, the area above the eye and a portion of eyebrow is a bit disfigured and asymmetrical. Is it safe to go for a plastic surgery for the portion of the eyebrow where the implant was put?

I am having problems reading a book, watching a movie, playing any game, talking to someone else, slurred speech, while doing those activities. I can do those activities but while watching a movie or reading a book or talking to someone else I cannot indulge into that completely and due to that I cannot enjoy any of those things. Example 1:- Suppose that if I play any movie so at that time it feels like the information of that movie is not going into my mind and due to that I cannot make an interest in that. Example 2:- While reading a book the same thing happened with I can read the sentences and also I can understand the concept of that but I cannot make a whole picture of it in my mind and that is why I cannot enjoy that as well. Example 3:- While talking to somebody I cannot focus at all and that is why I cannot enjoy that as well. Any idea what it is? I have been suffering from it for more than 1 year
