Brain and Spine Problems

A couple of days ago, i was brushing and when i was cleaning my tongue, i gagged and that reflex triggered a sudden pain in the back of my head. For  the last two days whenever I get up and brush my teeth and when i clean my tongue and when i gag the pain starts again and the pain goes all day long and it becomes low in the evening and i have a stiff neck too on the right side of my neck. Can anyone tell why this is happening? I am worried

Hello, Sir/Ma'am My hand always shakes. At first I thought it was maybe due to  some vitamin deficiency or something but after check-up I got to know even my vitamin range is normal. Then why is this happening? It worsens when I'm anxious but even when I'm calm and fine my hand keeps shaking/trembling that too at the age of 18-19. Please help me out? What should I possibly do?

Actually whenever I get up after long time from bed and stand on my feet , I can feel dizziness for two to three seconds. After that everything is normal . Is it normal or have to consult doctor. Please advise me

Hi, I am feeling hot most of the time and not sweating even If I drink more water and some excercise. I am peeing more everytime and body is not absorbing water if I drink water or liquids. Always urinating more whatever I drink and eat. Sometimes feeling inflammation in body during hot flushes. Kindly suggest what should I do further to get rid of this? I am not gaining weight. 2 days ago my father had deviation of left face.. he had ct scan of brain nothing came... doc said it is Bell's palsy . Yesterday he had MRI of brain.. I am attaching the report.. kindly said is there anything to worry about? Is this any sign of stroke or other serious issue?
