Brain and Spine Problems

Hello! I am 27 y/o male. I feel weakness and fatigue. I get tired easily. I can not sleep properly at night and feel a little dizzy throughout the day. (Dizziness is not extreme that I will fall down). There's no headache or vomiting sensation. When I workout, I get tired easily and heartbeat goes up very soon. Sometimes there is jerky feeling in back of head. I recently did blood test, there is Vitamin d deficiency. Rest cbc report is normal. Vitamin d - 10 ng/ml Vitamin b12 - 464 pg/ml Hemoglobin - 16.4 BP - 135/73 Fasting Blood sugar - 77. 9 mg/dl Can these symptoms be related to vit D deficiency or poor sleep? Please advice. Thanks.

I just hit my head front and back multiple times and I am facing symptoms like headache, The entire head is dim, my back side neck is hurting. Eyes are painful, and I am a little dizzy. Please let me know if this is a problem and which doctor I have to consult if these symptoms continue.

Hello docter, I have consulted many doctors in person but my problem is not improving.please help. Gave birth to second baby one and half years back.after breastfeeding i became weak.hb low. My BP at home is 110/72,and at doctors office it is nearly 130-140/80. Did all routine blood checkup. Now I get facial pressure in left side whenever I get stress.and it relieves after resting.i feel my nerves in my left side of body is tight and right side normal. Getting nerve swelling in right side from head to toe anywhere and it resolves with in 2 days. Nerves are shaking when I sleep.my b12-412,vitd-29,. Taking elemental f, neurobin,shelcol. Please advice for reducing pressure in face.

My right side body from head,, eyes feel tight, jaw tight,throat , right side neck , for swallowing food it feel very tight in neck hard for me , and right side shoulders tight ,from chest to  leg right side tightness, i cant stand for too long nor i can walk for long time ,but there is no pain in body .I dont know the reason pls. Sir can u help me in telling whats the problem ,it has been 1.5 yrs now , i am very sad i dont know whats the problem

My mother, who is 68 years old, has been taking gabapin 300 (1-0-1) for the past 20 days in order to treat ataxia brought on by peripheral neuropathy as a result of for the first time elevated FBS & PPBS as her vitamin b12, MRI brain and spine, all blood, thyroid, kidney, and infection reports were all normal, but FBS & PPBS came out to be slightly higher in that report.  She has begun using sugar medications in addition to gabapin to regulate and control her blood sugar. Additionally, her blood pressure is normal, and a recent blood sugar check indicates normal FBS & ppbs due to the 20 days of sugar therapy. The only concern is still a minor balance issue while walking on uneven surfaces, difficulty ascending or descending stairs without help, and difficulty when walking for longer. So, can gabapin 300 (1-0-1) help her walk normally again? likewise any side effects of gabapin 300 (1-0-1)? She would require any physiotherapy necessary to go back to walking properly and pain free?

I feel pain in my one side head sometimes back of my head and sometimes pressure like feeling near left eye but when I keep my head on pillow I feel good ...

Frequent headaches neck to forehead, pulse rate increases, feels uneasiness, nervousness, no energy, sleeping problem, and trembling.

Hello doctor .. I'm suffering shaking and trembling of both hands " mostly in right hand" and shaking of voice also when I am nervous ,or in fear or more excited, I experienced the disorder from the age of 20 .
