Sir, i was addicted to drug like md, due to over intake,i experience numbness in both feet past 3 months. Feel heavy pain when in the rest time, but not much, i'm in medication only, can i do heavy workout like gym, the condition will get reverse?

Hello, I am having random pinning pain in center of my head in random places the pain is kind of dull. I feel a little heaviness around my head. Some times i feel a little diziness. And aslo some times feels a little tingling sensation around one side of my nose. This is happening from last 2 week
