My mother in law suffering from Dizziness if she make any position change or try to walk, this is happening first in her life... Is the attachment prescription good treatment? Is safe to take Vertin 24 mg + Spinfree tab both at same time in treatment??? I surveyed both are different formula for same problem.. pls suggest what to do?

My daughter aged 4 years. She is taking medicine for fits for the past 3 years. We did genetic test. It showed dravet syndrome. Doc said we must give her medicine for life long. We are more worried about this. Is there any treatment for dravet syndrome? My question is at present we are giving her 2 medicine( topomac 1, valparin 4ml)in the morning and 3 medicine( topomac 1and half, frisium 1,valparin 4ml)in the night. My question today while giving valparin medicine she spit few outside. May be 1ml or below. Could it cause any side effects

Even If I sleep 7-9 hours a day still my eyes feel heavy . I have even reduced my screen to 2 hours a day , but still the problem persists.
