Brain and Spine Problems

Normally i had epilepsy in crowd situation...otherwise i had no problem...now also i am good,no seizures comes from last october...my regular doctor suggest lamitor dt100 and torleva 500,is it is neccessary to take two medicine

Doc, I have vitamin b12 and Vitamin D deficiency. Doctor Haa prescribed Neurobion & Supradyn. I am taking it both after having dinner. Is there any problem in taking both at a time ?? And while taking both at a time, next day I am observing bright yellow urine. Please give advise.

I often forget the recently learned information. I feel Difficulty in organizing thoughts and thinking logically. Mind stays blank with zero thoughts. Feel difficulty in communication. I don't feel awareness of recent experiences. Feel difficulty in reacting to something which is moving fast like ball in cricket. I can't judge it's speed and direction quickly.
