I have C5-C6 and C6-C7 problem I suffered right hand pain and sensation of dizziness .I'm using gabapine nt and vertin but still having problem

From last 1.5 year I am suffering from low back pain and buttocks pain , I have done  all blood test regarding arthritis and Ankylosing spondylitis My all blood test are quite normal Last year MRI of SI JOINTS and pelvic was quite normal ,in meantime no ESR and CRP increased beyond lab limit ,always come normal, But pain is symmetrical with same intensity and below knee joints also , what other reason possible to the pain ,last month my x ray was showing streghthing of lumbar spine

Asking for my mother (62 years old), her MRI report showed chronic lacunar infarct in both gangliocapsular region and white matter hyperintensity in bilateral subcortical frontal white matter and periventricular frontoparietal white matter in centrum semiovale. My question is , it this serious ?  as our neurologist said it's common for her age , please do reply as you must have encountered this in patient and please let me know ,is this life threatening? She's already on clopivas (clopidogrel) for blood thinner and atorvastatin for cholesterol and BP medicines ( metrosartan and cilnidipine)
