Tremor tightness pshychogenic tremor
I hqve internal vibration in right leg and muscle tightness and I have tremor but it's disapear when I distracted and I have also chest vibration and sallowing talking breathing problem why sir it is parkinson's I don't no I am only 20 so please reply Please

It is unusual (although not impossible) for Parkinson’s Disease to present before the age of 40. Furthermore, the symptoms that you describe are not typical for Parkinson’s. Nevertheless, you should still consult a Neurologist to rule out any other neurological disorders.
