Brain and Spine Problems

I have been teaching since 11 years  earlier I used psychiatric medicine for my I'll health I am an occasional alcoholic but very recently I found that I am unable to remember the my chemistry subject related things can you suggest me how to get back my memory ?

I am male, age 37 years old, weight 89 kgs and height 5'11 , suffering from bipolar disorder, used some medicine as per requirement ( headache time) , 11-7-23 evening 6pm High BP 180/110 headache, left hand, left leg pain , Joined in hospital per one week, from last 6 months tazloc beta 50 mg rosovas 10 mg using on 19-7-23 The doctor added CTD 12.5 ,sibelium 10 mg , dizitac. But MRI scan results in the brain and Spain both are normal. 19-7-23 Now bp is 110/70 Now,when I am talking for 2-3 minutes, I get a headache and heavy left leg and left hand pain ,weakness What is the indication? Why is it happening please suggest to me whom I need to meet, which medicine is required now

I suffer headache from 2019, after that i am under medication in 3 different hospitals. In 2023 i started hemopathic medicine. I feel some times better from past. But from some months i suffer from hair fall,  weakness, vision issues, i am always feel tired and sleepy and some times i feel trouble in speaking. Moreover, i feel confused and difficult to understanding things. I did MRI in 2020, in mri doctor told that there was suggestion of thrombosed left transverse sinus. And doctor also told me that one left brain nerve is missing. Please give me some suggestion what should i do

It doesn't matter how much good sleep i get, I always wake up tired. I eat good food,healthy food but yes my physical activity is bit less. Is there anything serious.

Hi, My mom suddenly had clogged ear for past 2 months and tictac sound while swallowing so we checked with ent doctor and did all examination and told no problem in ear this s because of cold but she felt pain in backside of the ear and got bells palsy one day, went to neuro doc and he gave steriod and calmnerve for 15 days thn got improvement after 15 days doc asked to continue calmnerve tablet and Excerscise alone. Now everything is ok but often she experience sharp pain at backside of ear and head. But our neuro doc says it's because of bells palsy only it will get well on its own. Kindly suggest is this pain is due to bells palsy and ear blocking also not going . . Please suggest 🙏 Note: she is having ILD and CAD, taking tablets oxy level is good but cold and cough will there frequently

Mam, myself biswarup Mam, From somedays i feel Middle and Back part of tongue Thick type and Lisping and One and Two Black round spot on Tounge and mam not from someday some years when i suddenly wake up sometime I feel Dizziness type and sometimes black infornt eye for sec...And Mam sometimes Reduce hear type and Sometimes without reason I feel Heavy head and Not vission blur but I think it feel blur type wider object not clear and When I lie down on pillow..i feel..Pain when turning Right and left on left side but rest of the things Happen more earlier and Pain things 1.5 years i not sure but I Have Hit in cycle. .After that nothing..but not Even Feel any pain anythime..but sometimes..Pin type pain on sometime chest and Head..And Nothing , i search on Google..many Things come any serious mam ? Plz reply

Hi Doctor, For the past 1 week im seeing a bulge in the vein on the right hand wrist. Initially there was no pain. But in the recent days im able to feel the pain. I could not understand the reason for this. I delivered girl baby normally 2 months back. Is that something connected with the issue? Please feedback.

Due to anxiety i have shivering issues in hand. They particularly impact my hand writing in exam. For long term treatment I am going through treatment of anxiety.
