Brain and Spine Problems

Hi Sir/Madam, What is meant by MRI contrast of lumbar spine? Is it painful? How it will be done, I heard it needs to inject something. Is it just one time injection before scan Or fluid which needs to be given throughout the scan? It will be given to hand? Any invasive procedure is involved in this? My mother is advised to have this, please give me these details, just want to know before having it.

I am 29 years old and since the time I have joined office in 2016 , I am having issues related to memory and confusion with basic calculations. Can any one advise which doctor should I consult ?

I had head concussion at (back left side )30 days ago.I had hedeche, dizziness , sleepy at that time.NCCT done by Dr . Advice.According to Neurologist Reports are normal. I took some medicine for 4 days.but I have frequent hedeche (mild) and head tightness  and mild dizziness till now. What should I do in that situation?Is this serious? please suggest..

I have ocd since 23 years and CPTSD Since 21 years.My CPTSD went undiagnosed and untreated for last 21 years and got diagnosed few days back .Hence j did not get any treatment for CPTSD. I'm sure that my brain has got damaged over so many years as I went through trauma for 21 years continously on daily basis. I don't feel the same that I used to before the trauma. I perceive life very differently, I can't think normally, I have lot of confusion, less control over body movements, my eyes have become large, I don't have any feelings , I don't feel myself or my family members or this world.I don't feel my life.That is the most disturbing thing.I feel out of body, I don't feel im in this world, I feel im somewhere else, I do t feel my family's love , when I see my father or any family member I feel they r just objects moving around and not humans or my family members.I am sensitive to bright light.My body postures are very weird.i don't have emotions, I don't understand long conversations.

When I cry my complete body becomes weak, especially i feel weakness in nerves & get right head ache, right chest ache, Right face ache, Right hand ache & recently I got recovered from right leg sciatica

I was suffering from depression and anxiety in 2021 and from that onwards I am on medication and I have changed many doctors back then as as my condition was not getting better at last I went to neurologist and it has been 2 years now I am on the medication prescribed by the neurologist and it has made a lot of difference now and i am feeling much better the only doubt I am having in my mind is about the medicines I am using 1)donamind m 10 2)Profol D 3)Gabtan-NT 4)viviloref I searched on Google about one medicine donamind m 10 and it is for Alzheimer disease and I don't think so I have Alzheimer's...can anyone please guide me on this one

My mother is 56 years old ..she is on statins and blood thinners for the last 5 years ..now she is having vertigo sometimes while laying and complains of headache...her cholesterol is under normal limit except hdl which is 33...she is having a little difficulty in speech and with vision ..is it because of low hdl or there can be a blood clot in her brain?

Hello can any one help me..im seeing flashes of lyt in right eye ..peripheral of eye...only small dots appear for leass thn a second..round 30 tyms a day...have no other problems... consultated 2 eyes specialist all ok frm them...and 3 neurologist...MRI and eeg normal... neurologist giving medicine of seizure which I dn want to take...as I think it's nt necessary but worried also what is the problem with me..my daughter is very young...I m worried abt h er if anything happens to me what will b her lyf... really tnsd kindly me suggestion plz...dctr are God plz help...any other friend can also give helpful suggestions .

Hello respected Doctors, Greetings! My uncle is 70 yrs old. He was complaining of mild hands shaking during physical work like using mobile phones etc etc. So we did a CT scan and these are the findings. Some ischemic changes in the brain. I have attached two docs here. One is the 1st scan of his brain and the other is the medicines prescribed. We are looking for a second opinion too. We have faith in our doctor but a second opinion is always welcome. My Uncle's ECG was conducted which shows normal. Your input is appreciated. Regards, Ishani
