Brain and Spine Problems

Hi, I am having frequent headaches for a couple of years now. Earlier it used to be less frequent like once a month and i used to take pain killers. But the frequency has increased now. I almost gets headache once a week. I did the blood check, eye check and other basic checks with my family doctor a year back, but could not diagnose the issue. The headache is normally starts at one side and in an hour it pounds on entire head, sometime feels like its hot inside there, but i dont get fever or cough. Sometimes I got boils around my head and body too. But those are not painful, comes and goes. I am out of options than to take pain killers. Can someone suggest whom should I consult or what test i should take to know the reason.

Dear doctor, past six month or above I am having problem in saying any keywords. After I am trying to tell that word with its attributes. Now past few months or so I am having problems with recall memory and I am having problem with recall any conversation made earlier. I couldn't able to say in abstract or summary of the words which are used by the other persons. Even sometimes I tend to forgot what opposite persons are saying. I am having high bp 180/120. Taking medication for anxiety and depression for past 8 year's. What is the cause for this problem. Is it temporary?

7 months back my mother had a car accident, she suffered a head and face injury, after this incident she lost the sense of smell, she can't smell anything now. She's on brivasure and homin D3 tablet since the accident, what should be done now, how will her sense of smell come back ?

Suffering from Insomnia Already a treatment going on I am taking a tablet Zolfresh 15 mg but still my problem is not fixed. When I take this tablet i am able to sleep properly but the day i don't take zolfresh tab I can't sleep once in like 36-40 hours. I don't want to get addicted of this tablet and i am taking this tablet since 15 days Please help!!!

Doc, I have vitamin b12 and Vitamin D deficiency. Doctor Haa prescribed Neurobion & Supradyn. I am taking it both after having dinner. Is there any problem in taking both at a time ?? And while taking both at a time, next day I am observing bright yellow urine. Please give advise.
