My father (age 82) suffering from Parkinson's disease. Doctor given syndopa 110 (1-1-1/2 mode.). He can not walk, sit without help.having stiffness in leg, hand.having  Breathing problem also. Is the doses of syndopa is correct? Can I increase syndopas dose? Is other medicine required for improvement?

Hi! It's been a month and right index finger seem to hurt a bit when under slight pressure. Stretching my finger also hurts. Normal working does not put any pressure and gives me no hurt sensation. I have taking Nurokind Plus on daily basis since. Last time I was diagnosed with similar nerve issues or tingling sensation in legs around 3 years back and I was asked by doctor to take Nuroking plus. My pain sensation in right index finger has improved but remains. Whom should I consult? Could this be an orthopedic issue? Normal activity does hurt though.

I am facing so many things from past 2 months but has increased so much this month. I am having my memory loss like i just forget many times what i did few minutes/hours back or what i was supposed to do. Sometimes i get problem in speech . Frequent mood swings are common these days. Panic attacks, shivering of hands, legs are also common. Sometimes there is headaches and sometimes fever. Sleep has also been disturbed.

My dad has been having a burning sensation in his feet when he walks (not all the time but most times). He consulted our family doctor and an orthopaedic but it yielded no result. Otherwise he is fit to carry out his daily tasks without any issue. It is just the burning in his feet that's it.

Yesterday, i rested my head under 2 pillows. After i woke up with dizzy and vertigo symptoms. I can't even focus. What can I do, is this serious?

I am undergoing treatment for Juvenile Myoclonic Epilepsy since 2015. I have to take Valparin chrono 200 tablets, one tablet twice a day, one tablet in the morning and other before bed. I want to know if I can take this medicine on an empty stomach in the morning as some days I miss breakfast and even lunch.

My mother is a dialysis patient. She goes for dialysis two days a week. She also has l3 and l4 fracture due to osteoporosis. Suddenly on one day after dialysis she was talking some non sense and signs of forgetfulness. Next day her BP shoots 170 and she is sleeping a lot and her eyes are not opening properly. She is feeling cold alot and shivering too. Next day difficulty waking up and BP is 190. Responding very late. Admitted in hospital then she stopped talking normally. She is trembling while sleeping and lot of restlessness. ECG is done, chest cat scan. Usg, blood tests to diagnose any infection. Brain ct scan. LP test, thanks to god is satisfactory. Doctors are unable to diagnose why she is behaving like this suddenly. Please advise what tests we can do to diagnose the same. Also while doing dialysis her BP lowers down usually. Creatinine is 5.5. Sodium, potassium, electrolytes are in range.
