My kid is 4 years 7 months old. She is having chest congestion. Do doctor said us to use nebulizer for her. Is it safe to use. Because she is taking epilepsy medications on daily basis. Will nebulizer cause any side effects? She has given asthalin medicine to use in nebulizer
