I got blow on head last month. There was small bump for one day. Thereafter I fill very mild pain sometimes(not continuous). What to do?

I am suffering from Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. Not having  refreshing sleep which is further affecting my productivity a lot. Feeling fatigued all the time , suffering from neck pain, headache, and eyes pain too. I am suffering a lot, have gone to doctors several times but in vain. My vitamin D, B 12 are fine. Please somebody help
