Brain and Spine Problems

Hello sir /madam So i have a lot of headache issues from last 2 weeks... I feel my head is to heavy. The focus of my eyes is also not proper. ,. Is this migrane? ...or its normal bcz of hot weather....I need to start meditation?

Looking to book an appointment to I gather my medical history.  I am applying for disability pension and I require medical evidence/proof of my condition.

We just want the analysis of the report and the images are blur but it is readable and if possible please let us know what is there in the reports. The appointment of doctor is late hence we just want to get an idea of what is the problem. Thank You.

My father is 63 years old. He has diabetes and takes medicines for the same. He doesn't smoke or drink and he doesn't have any bad habits. He complained about dizziness 2 months back. He feels dizzy accompanied by bad smell. It lasts for about 2 mins and he feels normal after that. Yesterday he told that he felt dizzy along with bad smell and some strange thoughts. I had happened twice yesterday. Both times it lasted for about 2 mins. His BP is normal but his sugar was 250 yesterday. We had an MRI scan done and I have attached the report. Pls I beg you doctors, check and let me know if it's serious. We will visit hospitals also but I want other experts' opinion aswell. Please don't tell to consult online if it's not necessary.

During my school days I used to frequently get slapped at the back of my head. It's been 8 years and I don't have any symptoms but can I have any brain damage or tbi I should check for? I feel concerned Please advise.

Dear sir) madam My two years baby fell down and hits her head to tiles edge. Suddenly she was having seizures and unconscious . after 10mins she was doing vomiting frequently when we were in pedtrition clinic. CT scan done immediately and report was normal.  And doctor prescribed vomiting veto and pain syrup and they have given sleepy syrup at the time of CT scan Please  suggest is there any further investigation is required? Now baby has normal but very tired due to no food more than 4hours due to vomiting. She walks some time crying and tired

Hi. I've been prescribed wysolone 60mg for 10 days, and then 50 and 40 mg for next 20 days to take care of my clusters and then will taper it slowly. Could I expect any side effects due to this dosage? And if any, they'd go away in a month right? Please let me know.

I have pain in my head .mathe ki side m pain hota hai. This happens after  1;2 days mostly when I am too worry about study and future. Ears ki upr side mathe ki side se hota hai. Can this is due to tension or any prblm ?. .

Had double vision started from2014 second episode in 2019 and currently facing the same. in 2014 we had all the test MRi achr, tsh sugar and all but all are negative and recovered with steriod. in 2019 we havet had any test and recovered with steriod. currently we had antibody musk achr cbc emg and hummer test but all are negative but as per doc i have mayasthenia double seronegative. is it possible..? also double vision causing lake of focus on object and eye lid drop what could be food i need to avoid on distinon immunitl and steriod 20 but not that much of relief i hope it recover soon

On Friday 30th July I was very much stressed at work and frustrated as well. While coming back home while moving head on right side I felt sudden pain. And then that pain started in right side of neck to ear. Now it is in the entire right side of head also and I can find swelling as well like one nerve from neck going through ear to head is causing pain. I can feeling swelling at neck and at some points near neck and on head as well. When I touch that time also I feel pain. Please suggest
