Brain and Spine Problems

My mother is aged 59 and having diagnosed white matter ischmic changes in brain CT scan, BP and cholesterol. Having medication for the same ecospirin-AV, Remylin AX and BP tablet. Now had spinal cord MRI since she is feeling to fall sometimes occassionally. Please review the atta hed whole spine MRI scanning report and provide the views. Is the problem is age related and can be treated with medictaion for better feel.

I used to get slapped frequently on the back of my head in my school days. I worry if this will cause any long term problems to my head?

Should I avoid sleep after getting hit in the head pretty hard? I recently got hit in the head but had no sign of concussion.Should I sleep as usual?

I suffer from intermittent head heaviness & throbbing of head , also my jaw vibrates continuously . Because of this I am unable to concentrate & focus on work . I do not have any sleep related issue or mental pressure , I also have osnomia ( no smell ) . Neurologist are prescribing anti depressant medication but i think it is not symptom I suppose Please advise
