Brain and Spine Problems

Due to alcohol intoxication i was sitting but later i got a blackout and hit my back head on the floor next day i didn't remember anything but after releasing that i hit my head on floor i check for bump and pain but there was no pain and bump on back of my head but there is feeling of heaviness in my head so i got CT scan done after 14hr of incident which came back normal ... But still my head feels heavy what to do now ? It's been 48 hours and my head still feels heavy ...

Hi doctor, Recently 4 days ago my father had a mild convulsion for about a second accompanied by urine and stool. Immediately we took him to the nearest hospital where ecg , trop-t , blood reports and CT of the brain was entirely normal. But the doctor suggested doing an MRI of the brain. Today I got the MRI report in which two impressions are mentioned 1. Focal and discrete demyelination at both frontal region 2. MILD Crotical atrophy I have got my local doctors appointment after a week meanwhile I am very tensed actually. Please tell me what the above impression means ? Is it something very serious and can it be cured via medicine or surgery is needed ?

I was lying on the bed and suddenly my body and brain started vibrating and I could see a bright rotating wheel and a loud buzzing sound like that of machines.couldn't move but was able to think and feel everything. I've also experienced 5-6 sleep paralysis and brain exploding feeling during last month. Sometimes I also get pain in my chest and neck feels stiff most of the times. I take 6-7 hour sleep daily. Please guide if it was related to seizures?

One day after taking cyclopam tab for stomach ache after some time i felt dizzy giddiness this happened 3/4 times i am a gukta chewer some time I feel suddenly weak legs sweat tremors rapid heart rate heavy body giddiness i have to rush to toilet in this situation I can walk easily but i will be out of control whats going on with me will i die plz help me and do the needful What is it panic attack or focal seizure What should I do further my ECG echo blood tests all r normal

Feeling Dizziness with slight head movement, while walking and loss of balance & sudden head spinning while working & walking.

Namasthe  Sir/Madam, I am in Good Health Till July 9th 2023. I Got mild Dizziness on July 8th. Went to the nearest ENT Doctor.He said I may get a fever soon. Diagnosed with Dengue Fever from July 10th-15th 2023. Post Dengue - I am Facing Dizziness/Lightheadedness with "No Headache or No Vertigo. I was able to drive a bike with no rotation of eyes" Just Dizziness from the back of my head like someone held my head from backside till back of ears with "no"pain at all which is quite consistent while Walking and very Less considerable While Sleeping & Sitting. I am able to walk daily for nearly a total of hours in 30 mins intervals. I am taking Only multivitamin tablets from 1 Month  & taking rest on Bed waiting for Dizziness to subside. I consulted a Neurologist but he prescribed me DIPRO 250 MG which is for Fits/Seizures. I am not taking it because I also  consulted Senior Eye Surgeon He Said don't take that DIPRO Tablet. So I stopped with only 1 Tablet. Pls Help.

My baby girl 4 years old. She is taking medicine for fits on daily basis. Morning she takes 1 yopamac and 4ml valparin syrup. Night she takes 1 and half topomac, 1 frisium snd 5ml valparin syrup. She got fever last Saturday and till now fever is there. Paracetamol does not work for her. So giving combiflam syrup. Our doctor told to reduce valparin syrup. Can we reduce the present valparin dose( 4ml-5ml) as per below schedule . Please guide. 4ml for 2 days then 3ml -4ml for 2 days then finally 3ml - 3ml.

No other symptoms where there while dizziness happened, just 2 seconds back I have just bent my down. I have cold and blocked nose ..

My daughter's MRI report, as she was having episodes of syncope. For second opinion, please suggest the report is normal or any problem.

When going to sleep at night, the tingling in the middle of the sole of the legs gets start. Sometimes it starts in the leg finger near the leg thumb.
