Stroke patient help required.
Sudden Stroke happened with my father(50yr) his ct scan (brain) report is attached, currently he is not able to move is right hand and leg properly.
Please help me with his report and also suggest medical procedure to cure the issue.

You should get him admitted in a hospital under a neurologist/neurosurgeon. Patient needs to be examined to assess the current condition and then he might need regular NCCT head to decide what kind of procedure needs to be done in case of any worsening.
