Brain and Spine Problems

Have a head ache since from 20 days and also have cold sneezing, ear ache neck stiffness did mri of brain results are below as OBSERVATION: No evidence of acute infarct, hemorrhage or space occupying mass lesion noted. Tiny FLAIR hypointense foci is seen involving right cerebellum, non-specific. No evidence of abnormal signal intensity or volume loss in the hippocampii. The thalami, basal ganglia and internal capsules are normal on both sides. The ventricles and sulci are normal for the age. The pituitary gland, infundibulum and hypothalamus are normal for the age. The posterior fossa shows normal cerebellum on left side. The medulla, pons and mid brain shows normal signals in all the sequences. Both CP angles are clear. The basal cisterns are normal. Normal flow void is seen in the major dural venous sinuses and arteries. IMPRESSION: No significant abnormality is seen in the brain. Is tiny flair hypointense serious like brain cancer or tumor?

Hi,my mother is experiencing twitching on the right side of the face like eye,cheek and lips.Is it hemifacial spasm or is it a temporary one. What might me the cause?.she is diabetic and has  BP.

How is parkinson disease diagnosed. Can anything show in mri brain or other blood tests.. or have any pain in upper back, neck spasms, tremors in both hands and legs including neck and head. I feel tingling in my palms and sole.. Just feel like lying down. MRI brain is normal.

Hello iam randomly feeling the sensation of something crawling in my left head..I use bp medicine metxl 25 bp is under control..and also I have low hemoglobin and vitamin d deficiency

I am getting Tingling sensation on feet , i have done blood tests. I am not diabetic, found vitamin D deficiency, so started taking medicine. What could be the issue? Thanks

Hi doctors, i had a c.sec last December 30th. am lactation mother. am feeling headache as few months like head tighten and freeze . once left and other time tight. sharp pins also came at some times. i thought that because of fullness of breast milk. but now at some times it is coming at left side of the head slightly pain for few minutes and gone. and today while chewing snacks it is held like falling down in inside the head. am feeling like numbness in the face and always getting thought of something is happening to me like feeling. this is all stress headache or tension headache .or something else. last month i went to endoscopy have small ulcer . used triple thyrapy and using esmoprazole medication. pls  tell  me. what is happening to me. is this any serious issue. am getting worried about this. because of this am not caring of my 11months baby . am getting so much of stress
