Some days I am able to sleep for 10-14 hrs and other days it is very difficult to sleep barely for 5-6 hours. I find it especially difficult to fall asleep at night and am therefore tired the next day(on working days). Pls tell me non-medicinal recommendations to improve my sleep schedule.
