Balance issue, difficulty in walking
After completing a six-month akt course eight months back, my mother developed diabetes and peripheral neuropathy six months back. She is currently taking gabapin 100 (1-0-1) and dulot 20 (0-0-1) for her neuropathy, as neuropathy made difficult for her to walk normally and cause balance issues. Her balance problem persists because she is unable to stand for extended periods of time without assistance. She also has trouble walking longer. Additionally linked are NCV reports. Please advise what the best course of action would be to get her back to walking normally. Sugar is normal since last 4 months, mri brain, cervical spine, lumbosacral all normal. Still trouble walking smoothly and trouble standing longer without support. Also, trouble climbing stairs without assistance. Left leg is normal, only right leg became very weak. Also slight numbness in right foot. kindly suggest best solution for her to walk normally and stand without any assistance
