Brain and Spine Problems

Hello Doc, Suffering from paresthesia in head which is causing numbness or sensitivity kind of sensation. Sometimes i feel pain above ears on head region and neck region . Fruits trigger the sensation of paresthesia in head and anxiety too. What is the link between fruits and paresthesia doctor? TIA

My friend has been diagnosed with B12 deficiency (137 ug/ml) Currently facing issues with concentration and memory. How much time does it take to recover. He has been taking methycobalamin 1500 mg (Hosit-1 tablet) and Vitamin D3 tablet (3600 units, once per week)? Is there any need to change medicine for quicker recovery? What tests should he take apart from B12 and Vitamin D? Also he is experiencing indigestion (flatulence) after eating certain foods. Is it related to B12 deficiency and is there a solution for that?

Essential tremors in May hands and sound are affecting my life very badly. Some serious pain arround my head and nose is always there. All this is very embarrassing. I get anxious because of it and things even get worse.

Hello Doctor, I feel so tired and lazy not able to work much and feel like I just take rest and don't do anything . I have gone through all the blood tests Nothing came in that but i feel low energy and some restlessness in my body . Kindly suggest what to do in this .

My mom aged 64 living with dementia for more than 10 years, now bedridden chair bound refuses to eat, hardly drinking liquids for instead eating, As we saw her suffered a lot, we didn't try for food feeding tubes. Does she survive with fluids like juice, milk, She vomits if we force feed solid food I have consulted doctors, suggested for food tubes only. Any other available options Please advice

I have been having pain in my legs for almost 3 months(mostly thigh region) and feel lack of strength in my joints which also pain at times .My fingers ,palm and feet also pain. I tested for RF uric acid but it was normal, x rays were also done of my spine, NCV of limbs which seemed normal. IVE been takingB12 and vit D as well..what could be the issue...

Hi am 35F, since three months am suffering from headache/presure at vertex area..sometyms it comes with neck pain or all alone.. my ct and  brain n neck are normal..even emg n eeg are normal.. I visited multiple neurologist n psychraits but no use.. plz tell me wat should I do.. am using currently proponalol 20 n etilaam 0.25 .. but am having extreme tired n sometyms feel dizziness.. all blood reports cmg normal except low ferrtin ... am scared of my situation...and inside my body sometyms am getting body burning sensation... plz suggest me wat to do

Hello ! I had a MRI in 2015 which showed mild neural forminal narrowing at L4-L5 and also diffused disc bulge at this level .That time i had severe back ache and pain going to leg .I took physio i got better with time ...and all symptoms disappeared . Now after 8 years i suddenly started having feet burning in both feets after taking physio for ACL injury . I am on pregaba M75 since 3 days and burning in both feet is still there  . Kindly tell me how it will go ...i dont have back pain or leg pain only severe burning under feet .
