I have a pain in upper left side of skull. Sometimes I feel some jerks in my legs, numbness in my hands  it wears after sometime when I move my hands  and there has been a ringing in my right ear for a long time   can it be a serious problem

It may be related to vestibular migraine. Consult a neurologist for an detailed evaluation and with few lifestyle modifications, you will get better.
