  4. Upper arm pain. Pain periodically!

I am feeling a severe upper arm in my biceps area and shoulder and lower arm and palm , both side symmetrical in the same location with the same intensity, when sit in ac stiffness feels, actually from last two year I am also feeling ear popping and facial pain periodically
