Pain in right arm - frm wrist to upr arm

Asked for Male, 38 Years

My right arm started paining due to continuos posture of holding mouse for long hours and for that. I have done cervical mri scans and have done NCV test also. I was prescribed with Gabapin NT 400 and along with that physiotherapy for neck and shoulder. Gabapin NT 400 increased my pain a lot. I told my doctor that it is paining a lot after taking medicine. He said it's not possible. I have stopped taking medicine. Only problem I am facing is through physiotherapy exercises i get relief for 1-2 hours but after that it's again the same throught day. I got NCV test also and found demyelinating of nerves. Pls suggest remedies

You can take Tab Duloxetine 20mg 1-1-1 plus tab pregablin 75mg 1-0-1 for 10 days and see any difference. For demyelination take Tab Terafol plus once a day. Continue physiotherapy for 3 months
