Brain and Spine Problems

Pls someone help explain subacute infarct in bilateral centrum semiovale. My father fainted and fell on floor and got head injured. No visible injury but pain persisted for more than a week.

I have severe pain under right breast for last 2 years. Got HRCT done recently.Found accessory muscle on right side. Physiotherapy didn't help.can't sit, stand. Can only lie down. Pain radiates to upper back. Any treatment ?

Last 3,4 days there is tingling pain sensation in my right leg . I am a  vegetarian . I went to a physician he did CBC test. My HGB level is 10.7 g /dl. The tingling pain increases when I wake up from bed and after few minutes...I feel little relaxed while walking but not completely...DOCTOR prescribed me VB12 injection...and multivitamin tablets... What can I do ? I have no other symptoms except the tingling sensation.. Is there any other problem with it?

Sir/Ma'am this is regarding my lightheadedness which is persisting since 3 weeks. It increases while in motion, it's not a spinning sensation at all, just lightheadedness and sometimes tingling in forehead, i had a MRI brain and Mri Spine which turned out to be normal, that MRI was performed in a 1.5T Mri machine as 3T isn't available. Can i rely on the report completely? No lesions were found in any of the report, my symptoms mimic MS sometimes, I'm highly anxious. Please help me. I'm attaching my MRI reports. Thanks and Regards

Back side of my head a small tumor is there. it's round in shape and it's solid one.There is no pain in this tumor but sometime I have headache but it's not regularly.I don't know what exactly it is and what will be treatment for that.Plz suggest me which department and which doctor I need to consult.

I'm feeling like my head and ears are heavy while down on bed at night . From 2 days......it's like some pressure...what is this a brain related issue or something else...??

Dear doctor, i having this fluttering middle finger in left hand  from past two weeks. Can you please let me know the reason. It will be there continuously for some time and then it's gone. Again it comes back. Cycle repeats. Please suggest what I can do.

My uncle admitted to hospital yesterday done CT scan . report says Diffuse cerebral atrophy and chronic small vessel escamic changes in bilateral periventricular and subcortical white matter. He was exposed to heat due to traveling to pilgrimage. He had vomiting.Now he is forgetting things while talk and talking very older things. Need opinion.

When ever my mom fall asleep ....muscles of her leg become stiff and she wakeup because of this pain .she is having this for more than 5yrs ....many doctors recommended medicines ..some medicines (Nexito 10 ...Gabantin NT ..Tramadol ultra) help her to reduce the pain but when she stop taking it again the pain come back....she can't able to sleep peacefully because of this pain ..i want to know why this is happening and what are the treatment for this ...please help me 🙏
