Brain and Spine Problems

I have l4-5 disc problm since last year,i have tried some physio ,tried medicine my tingling went,but i am unable to walk after 5 min,its paining in leg and calf and toes feel heavy... i m scaring of surgery...i have attached report also

My father fainted a few days ago after some food got stuck in his throat.. he is now in better condition but this fainting feeling is not leaving him.. so we got him checked... I got the CT scan result today. I want to know if it is anything serious or something related to his age.

I am a physical handicapped person. Applied for a position in one of the firm. They are looking for a medical certificate stating that I am physically fit for the job. How or which doc I can proceed

My father suffered 3rd nerve palsy in 2008 and recurrent partial 3rd nerve palsy as mentioned by neurologist in 2015 also and started clopitab lipirose and cilaheart. Then Angiogram done on 11/06/2016 it indicated CAD mild disease.l He had some speach disturbed and mouth deviation in 12 October 21 then consulted neurosurgeon he prescribed clopitab cv gold for one month and there on continued same prescribed above. Now he had right eye minimised and vision distrubance. I think that this happened due to heavy consumption of ghee. In October 2021, he consumed lot of ghee in the form sunnundalu, i thought that caused mild stroke like symptoms, he recovered completely within two months that time. Now he was on clopitab 75, lipirose 10, cilaheart 10 and ecosprin 75. Please suggest me. Thank you

My aunt got face paralysis attack last week. She is having difficulty in speaking , can't recognise people and things , half face swollen , heavy tongue , headache and she is having ear pain. From last 4 days situation is not good.What should we do? Why is she facing this problem ? Is this temporary or permanent? How long it will take to recover ?

Feeling weak in my hands , feet and mouth since 4-5 days. I am able to walk but feel like i will loose balance . Also I feel like my grip is not very tight and i will drop what i am holding. My mouth sometimes feel weak and i feel like i will slip my toungue

Why do I feel like sudden pinching on my left wrist. It happens down on my left hand's thumb. It comes all of a sudden and disappears in seconds. Sometimes I feel like tingling starts from the left neck side to my left hand's wrist. I'd appreciate it if you could please answer my question.

Why do i feel heaviness in head every alternate day or like  3 days in a weak? Also i have a good sleep at night but sometimes this days i am unable to get into sleep fast... it gets delayed by 2 hrs even if i am tired. Is it serious condition or what is it?

My fathers age is 82. Suffering from Parkinson's disease. Having movement disorder. Can't walk or sit without help. Doctor given cireta tablet for 3 months. Can I give it?
