Hello Doctors, I have problem of Dizziness started since 2 years, Sometimes I may not be able to stand for more than 10mins It feels dizzy and fainting. One of my friend who is physiotherapist by occupation (Not a Doctor) recommend me to go for MRI SCANNING. I have attached the FULL MRI report in attachment for reference and please advise for the next action based on the reports.

I experience weird tingling sensation in head now a days its not pleasant at all .. it started as tingling on one side which randomly disappeared and now on the other side its kind of like tight feeling or like fizzy feeling , what do i do? I am currently in a remote place with no access to ultrasound or mri what can i do immediately

Hi, First, I will go by the patient's history. angioplastic in February 2023 and planted a stent. After a week, he had a nosebleed issue and later found multiple injuries, which were cauterised. Up until last week, in March, he was fine. But since the last week of March, he had memory loss and a speech problem. He was admitted to the hospital, and a stroke was found on the left side of the brain, but I can't see much improvement as now he is not able to speak, although he was under intensive care and the doctor has increased the blood thinner dosage and tests are going on. It's been 4 days; yesterday he was shifted to a normal room from the ICU. The doctor said he had blockage in the neck artery too, but they haven't decided to take any action yet, if a stent is required or not. The doctor has told me he will be kept on observation and moved to a normal room. But today again he got the minor stroke, and since then he is unable to speak, and one side of his face is weak.need opinion.

There is a head pain in back of my head when I laugh out loud and there is lightheadedness mostly always. Also there is consistent neck pain when i turn my head up to the sealing. I feel dizzy often. What is the problem for these symptoms and the solution for the same?

From last night suddenly had numbness in left forearm. Woke up suddenly with heavy numbness around 4am... There is a loss of sensation unable to hold things or even comb hair. No pain as such just loss of sensation from below elbow to till fingers.

I have been suffering from lightheadedness for a week. I'm yet to go for MRI. But doctor has diagnosed me with cervical vertigo based on my symptoms and previous MRI which was done 2 years ago which says Mild Spondylitic Changes. But with this I also suffer from momentary sudden blurry vision in left eye which gets corrected in a minute or 2. But it keeps on happening for last 1 week whenever I feel lightheaded and vertigo. Is it an emergency situation? Impeding Stroke ? I take metoprolol and olmisartan for my heartbeat and BP issue. And whenever I have lightheadedness I also feel racing heartbeat and weakness in legs along with momentary blurry vision in left eye.

I see white shinny ⚪ flash that move from upward to downward in the side of my eyes like they are present in the side of my eyes not in my vision... I am having this problem from second trimester till now four months after baby birth... I saw retina specialist two times and she said my retina is fine... There is nothing wrong with my eyes ... Is this a sign of oxygen deprivation or anything else like neurologically related? It's 8 month now and I m getting it everyday like whole day sometimes like 10 times in each eye nort at the same time ( both eyes) please help
