Brain and Spine Problems

I have been experiencing burning sensation in just one finger of my right foot since last night. The burning sensation is of a kind that we experience after rubbing chillies on hands. In addition to this, i am experiencing twitching in my calves and knees since a while. I just moved to Canada 4 months ago. Could it be climatic conditions ? Or some nervous system issue?? Please help me.

Due to my anxiety problem I consult a doctor one year ago and till then I continue Rexipra(5) and sensival(25). During this treatment I am totally fine and no problem arrise but one week ago again consult the doctor for routine check up and this time doctor change the medicine and prescribe Prothiden(25). After start this medicine I feel fever but thermometer temperature is normal, feeling uncomfortable, all time tired and weakness for last 4 days. What causes it and now what to do ? When can I cease the total treatment?

I am feeling pain in right side of head and hairs while touching for last 2-3 days . Kindly tell and diagnose.

Hi, hope you're having a good day. I have had no working memory since childhood. I used to torture myself and cry on why I was unable to remember anything, especially math. I would tell myself today I will go above and beyond my limit in class and within 10 seconds of listening to the math lecturer, I'd start thinking about something else completely different and would jerk my head to focus again. I forget if i locked the door 3-4 times and have to go back to check.  I make notes on everything to live. In college i used to forget everything after sleep. I have now recently lost two very basic jobs of customer service. The first reason that I was unable to remember what they told me and they were shocked at how I could forget something they told me so many times. I think they were fair. The second reason for termination was given by my manager saying I am inattentive and forgetful. please help god! my mother has severe schizophrenia and is on heavy medication. what tests do i do? plsss

Hi, last Friday, i have travelled on a sunny day to a village and experienced a few stress situations regarding land settlement. That time I got headache after coming home, back of the head, above ears and behind eyes. I checked with a doctor and realised i was experiencing dry eyes and inflammation in the eyes. I took dolostat pc and eye drops. Pain behind eyes is reduced, but now and then i am having a tightness sensation, light headache behind head and above ears which reduces for sometimes after i take head massage. I have experienced similar kind of headache one or two times during my exam preparation in the last two months. I have anxiety disorder for which I took medication two years before for 10 days. I experience stress because of some intrusive thoughts now and then. I have consulted a psychiatrist recently and practicing some relaxation techniques to manage my  stress and anxiety. I am having doubts if it is normal stress/tension headache or something else? please clarify.

This chittibabu i am suffering with 2004 epilpsy and daily medicine Levemex 250 and early cervical spondolysis from 2018 and recently attack with vertigo and Tintinus and Breathing problem and more yawns when I was using previous in 2004 eption and from 2006 torvate 300 from 20013 to  2018  dicorate 500 mg dail twice on that time diarea  hands shaking due to corona I was changed doctor he suggested levemex OD 500 then dosage reduces 250 then after 10 days vertigo , ear tintinus,hernia,Breathing problem and recently surgery was done recently again mild fits please suggest sodium valporate or levetricitam is best ?

My brother is 14 years old and has some challenges that affect his daily activities.
