Brain and Spine Problems

I am feeling severe buttock pain both side and lower back pain also ,buttock pain is symmetrical,what could be reason behind the pain

I'm having headache from past 2 months, currently the pain is way too much to handle sometimes eyes r blurry and watery Headache spreads from one part to other and i can actually pin point my pain headache area Extremely stressed n axienty kinda feeling What shall I do sir/madam ??

Hi Doctor, My uncle fell and hit his head, we admitted him to the hospital, and CT scan reports are attached. No Bp and Diabetes He speaks well and remembers everyone and everything. Hands and legs are working. Please help me to understand the Ct scan report, he is serious and needs surgery?

I have attached mri reports and  ,It started 40 days ago i woke up with back of head heaviness and tooth sesitivity i checked up with dentist and got teeth scaling the sesitivity comes and goes after that but head tightness is there i had done i visited neurologist and had Mri brain its normal and after some time i also got stiff neck i visited an ortho got x ray and cervical Mri which says multiple disc oseophite at c5-c6 he says its normal , iam doing neck excesire but that head tightness is still there please suggest some thing

Brentamin morning Totalvit - afternoon after lunch Tayo - weekly once Kindly please answer my question Thank you
