Brain and Spine Problems

I have accidently hit y top most middle part of the head in a bamboo 7 days ago.After getting hit,I got pain in my whole body for few minutes but after that there is no pain or swelling in the head,nor I have loss consciousness,neither have I vomit ,feeling dizzy etc.It has been 7 days now and there is no pain at all.Should I be worried for concussion?

From yesterday my back pains suddenly like electric shock. So in a certain position or time a pain like electric shock is feeling in back. But there is  no particular position in which pain is feeling. I tried multiple positions but unable to get it. It occurs suddenly and after 10 sec disappear.

My father aged 60 met with accident on 27th feb 2023. Doc did ct scan immediately after injury and report said small hemorrhagic contusion at left peri-ventricular region measuring approx 5*4mm and another small contusion measuring 4*4mm at right parietal region. He is fine physically now. But he has some memory issues, also he is still. Not able to recall his routine he was following before injury.. He needs to be directed to take bath and basic things.. Doc is saying it will take time to recover and he will be fine. Can anyone please confirm if he will be fine and his memory will be back as previous.. And how much time it will take for him to recover

For past 3 nights, my sleep timing has forwarded to around 2am and getting up between 7 and 7:30. I used to sleep around 11-11:30 and get up around 6:30. I am a student preparing for civil services and deficient sleep is causing me trouble. In night around 11 when I try to sleep, I yawn but still not able to sleep. I have my exams in a month. Please suggest any medication so that sleep cycle is restored

I am 36F and have been taking inderal 30mg for my tremors and anxiety for over 2 years now. Last night I felt severe anxiety and mild cheat pain on the left side. I woke up today with the same level of anxiety. I have not missed taking inderal. I checked my BP it is normal what could the reason be??? I feel I can't breathe properly

Hi Doctors, I have been suffering from Balance issues since a month and I consulted ENT and general physician and took ECG and CBP results are normal and told to reduce stress and gave some meds but when I take those medicines it is fine qfter the power reduced again I'm feeling off balance. I have been diagnosed with varicose vein I have done colour dropler test doctor has advice to walk and were full length stockings. But I feel heavyness tiredness and mild pain in my leg is it due to varicose vein or any other nerve problem. Please suggest what to do. Report and photo attached.

Hi Doctor, I am going through a new headache since yesterday. I feel pressure like pain in the   left side of the top of my head, particularly towards the front, but not the temple. Sometimes it radiates to the ears and the ears feel closed by pressure, sometimes it radiates to the nose bone. It feels uneasy and I can't rest. The pain is as if something is being pushed downwards. There is no bulge or swelling, just a persistent weird sensation in the area. Two days back, twice, I felt similar pressure moving down to the ears, and then ringing started in the ears for a few seconds, but it was just a few seconds episode, prior to getting this persistent headache. Please help with what it can be. I am applying an ice pack, and am drinking enough water to get some relief. Thank You
