Brain and Spine Problems

I am feeling severe lower back pain and both buttock pain , i did x ray of its showing strengthening of lumbar spine , pls give me advice

I have been suffering with sleep deprivation for past 1 month, was prescribed zolpidem 5 mg and prothiaden 25 mg from 3rd March to 19th March on daily basis, now nobody is ready to provide me with these medications as they are asking for new updated prescription and the problem is that my Dr is at Delhi and I now at distant location. Moreover, his hosiptal does not provides teleconsultation. Slight improvement in symptoms for past 4 days. Is it safe to discontinue medicines on my own?

A couple of days ago, i was brushing and when i was cleaning my tongue, i gagged and that reflex triggered a sudden pain in the back of my head. For  the last two days whenever I get up and brush my teeth and when i clean my tongue and when i gag the pain starts again and the pain goes all day long and it becomes low in the evening and i have a stiff neck too on the right side of my neck. Can anyone tell why this is happening? I am worried

Hello, Sir/Ma'am My hand always shakes. At first I thought it was maybe due to  some vitamin deficiency or something but after check-up I got to know even my vitamin range is normal. Then why is this happening? It worsens when I'm anxious but even when I'm calm and fine my hand keeps shaking/trembling that too at the age of 18-19. Please help me out? What should I possibly do?

Hi, I am feeling hot most of the time and not sweating even If I drink more water and some excercise. I am peeing more everytime and body is not absorbing water if I drink water or liquids. Always urinating more whatever I drink and eat. Sometimes feeling inflammation in body during hot flushes. Kindly suggest what should I do further to get rid of this? I am not gaining weight.
