My brother age is 26 he born Dumb and he is only dumb but not deaf . he is very clever and active . but only he is dumb and a liitle bit tongue problem becuase his tongue is not moving properly like a normal person and that is why he can not chew food properly specially hard food .
So is it possible to be treated ?
