Brain and Spine Problems

I got my c-sec on October..after 1 month to till today m facing some balancing issue and dizziness..i was going for brain ct scan..report is normal..just need to know is sc scan hide any major thing like brain tumour or something which ct scan can not detect..

I want to check my headache issues and I want a prescription for all the medicines that doctor prescribed.

I had corona 3 months before. From last 3 monthw I don't like to face air  and don't like cold temperatures feel extra cold. Thyroid normal Hemoglobin normal No Tb. No immunity issue. No weakness. All tests are normal. Temperature on thermameter always normal. But feel fever like from inside. Did proper research no one is having such issues for so long it's been 3 months now. Where the virus could have damaged. Which tests should I do now.

I have a doubt regarding mri brain test because I have been suffering with dizziness and less concentration and full head ache..then i have done mri scan for brain..does it detects infection ? And the result was normal and i had a mild left sinusitis

Hi Doctor, My uncle age 54, fell and the back of his head hit the ground, we admitted him to the hospital, and they did a CT scan of his head. CT scan reports are attached. He is doing well, talks well, his body is working properly and remembers everything. No high bp and diabetes problems. Please help me to understand his CT scan report, is he serious? And surgery is the last option?
