My mother is suffering from anterolisthesis in her back ,who should I contact a neurologist or orthopedic ? Please help me with this.

I am facing lightheadedness while walking and moving my head from an year now this is constant and never reduced.I get pain near temple of my head and sometimes cheekbone as well. I have visited ENT and ruled out any ENT issue . My vital are normal and my sugar and thyroid is under normal with medication. Attached is my MRI report. What could be the possible reason? Please help with next course of action.

I am feeling occasional discomfort in head to be very precise feeling of expansion & contraction in the left side of head. There is no pain of any kind in the head. I have frequent exposure to computer screen & smartphone due to work. I have no problem with eye sight as per recent consultation with ophthalmologist. Can gases cause this issue?

Hello Doctors, I have problem of Dizziness started since 2 years, Sometimes I may not be able to stand for more than 10mins It feels dizzy and fainting.
