My father had stroke twice and he is on medication post stoke. Recently we have done Mri scaning for brain and found clots in the brain. I have visited many doctors and everyone is saying only surgery which mine but his heart is week so, I'm afraid to go for surgery. They also suggest clots are outside only. I have been taking pregabalin NT 75/10 from last 6 months. Now i got relief from body pains. Sometimes I am getting migrain headaches. I am feeling light headed some times. I want to discontinue the medicine how should reduce the dose.  I want to discontinue combination of preg and NT first, so pls help shall i continue pregabalin 75 alone or nortriptyline 10 alone for few more weeks.

I have varicose veins in my legs behind the knee and calf on my right leg. It's been like this for around 8 years. I have few bulgy like bump spots which are greenish in color. One varicose veins is greyish black in color. Do we need to treat this? How long can we wait to treat this? I am currently living outside India. I have to travel to India to get this treated. Sir I am 27 year old i am unable to remember things which are very common and mind is not stable .when I try to focus on study then mind is elsewhere. I am unable to learn small or simple things . My vitammin b12 was 230 and d3 is 21... After this i have taken tablets but small effects was seen but when I lift medicine then situation is same ..on this way i cannot fought simple examination...
