Brain and Spine Problems

Hello doctor/s, I'm Robin Jain from Jabalpur (M.P.). Recently my brother started to have pain in his shoulder area, followed by ears (felt like water inside ear) and then pain in center of skull (which subsided - not there anymore now). Whenever he picks up calls, he gets pain near ear and forehead. I've attached his MRI report. Please do check and let us know your opinion. Thank you. Robin

I consulted an online psychiatrist on Practo for my sleep issues, and the doctor prescribed 5mg of melatonin. I want to know if I will need to increase the dosage later on because I have heard that the effectiveness of the dosage decreases over time. Is this true? I was diagnosed with cervical spondylitis with headaches and pain sometimes in left side of head and sometimes right side of head. Doctor told me to go for brain angio with cervical spine which was done on March 2021 Attaching my reports of brain angio & cervical spine which was done 2 years ago Brain observation shows Few tiny discrete foci of T2 & FLAIR hyperintensities are noted in right frontal, subcortical and deep white matter, not showing restricted diffusion or blooming suggestive of UBOs and are of questionable significance. Also having chest pain Is it due to c2 to c7 diffusion Is it anything serious Please help me out

I have been experiencing burning sensation in just one finger of my right foot since last night. The burning sensation is of a kind that we experience after rubbing chillies on hands. In addition to this, i am experiencing twitching in my calves and knees since a while. I just moved to Canada 4 months ago. Could it be climatic conditions ? Or some nervous system issue?? Due to my anxiety problem I consult a doctor one year ago and till then I continue Rexipra(5) and sensival(25). During this treatment I am totally fine and no problem arrise but one week ago again consult the doctor for routine check up and this time doctor change the medicine and prescribe Prothiden(25). After start this medicine I feel fever but thermometer temperature is normal, feeling uncomfortable, all time tired and weakness for last 4 days. What causes it and now what to do ? When can I cease the total treatment?

I am feeling pain in right side of head and hairs while touching for last 2-3 days . Kindly tell and diagnose.
