Brain and Spine Problems

Hi Sir My son is facing issue of fits epilepsy  which always comes when he sleeps . His body parts like hands legs also jurks when he sleep . He is just 5 years old .pls suggest

My father's age is 82. He is suffering from Parkinson's disease and having problem of sodium fall. For drowsy in all over the day we have stopped quitipin 25 1/2 dose. Will it affect ? Suggest medicine so that he can walk.

My cousin is having constant urge to urinate, she once lifted heavy objected 6 months back and had some back pain but it went away later. Can it be possible that she have had some suprasacral injury which has led to this problem now?

My right eye is widely opened and look horrible and also feel like my body is swelling a little and have pain in right side of the body too.. some times like blood circulation is very high in the right side of the body, my right hand and leg pain a lot. I did the thyroid test and it is normal...

I have taken 3 dose of Anti rabies vaccine (Chiron Behring make) from government Hospital. Day 0,3,7. After the 2nd i have started slight pain in both leg calfs. From another day pain was slightly more on side (which is bearable). After that pain is on same level for long period & now its almost 28 days pain is still present but reduced to some level. I dont get any Fever or whole body pain after vaccination. My problem is that why is this happening. Just one year ago i received 3 dose of anti rabies vaccine of PVRVaccine & without any side effects , I have done after 25 days that are CBC,ESR,CRP,Serum Calcium,uric acid, urine routines . CBC- only WBC count was slight high-11*10^9L ESR-19mm for 1st Hr CRP-4.0 Serum calcium-8.7 mg% Uric acid- 3.8 mg/dl Urine -no abnormal findings. I am worried about is this any neurological issue like GBS,CIDP...etc I don't have any weakness in legs or hands No any numbness Just having Calf pain & some level of fatigue after full day work.

Can you please tell me the correct name (or composition) of this medicine (marked in red box) written on this prescription? I searched it on google but unable to find any medicine with such name.

Due to underlying issue of gut brain axis been having lot more stress due to this not able to function & focus regularly, Getting breakout on face , eye is twitching etc..Been eating healthy doing exercise but still sense lot of stress Kindly advise what additional should i do to get rid of this stress & depression. I have a weird muscle twitch (not sure if it's that) but in layman terms, a slight jerk in random parts of the body, specially lower legs, feet, palm and fingers. I can barely see them happening because it's that quick, just feel a 2 sec jerk that settles immediately and then attacks a new place. It's happening only since a few days I started physiotherapy for shoulder pain. Also noticed couple of months back, when I consume alcohol, I see a very aggressive twitch on my palm, eyelids. Any help is appreciated, I know that I can contact a Neurologist, but please throw some light. Thanks

I have had bad headaches for a very long time. I have a very terrible headache nowadays which worsens if i touch my head. At times my scalp is tender for no reason and touching my hair hurts. I also feel a hard lump on the left side top of my head which is very hard to touch. N it was small earlier now its bigger in size but equally hard. It doesn't hurt to touch it. But my headache on one side is very bad. Suggest.

Is there any problem in the uploaded contrast enhanced  mri especially in the cerebellum zone.  Will The enhanced line in the middle of the cerebellum be a matter of concern?
