Brain and Spine Problems

I diagnosed with Epilepsy last year and on med Leviteracetam 500mg BID and since then I feel dizzy sometimes when I move my head for a minute and after an hour of walking I feel like my head is shaking. Also I feel headache with nausea sometimes

I have femoral nerve dsyfunction and bulging disc since 2013 due to injury,Also leg atrophy due to this . Also Erectile dsyfunction due to this. Again had an injury in April 2020 ,Now Have muscle tension dysphonia Can't speak loud till end of life . Again had injury in Nov 2020 , which caused mild hydronephrosis, Still have it , doctor says ignore it ,How should I ,It causes me pain and pain increases after drinking water. I want to heal myself but don't know what to do , Went to ganga ram hospital urologist but he didn't even cared about me ,I was telling him about my issues,he wasn't Even listening, not even saw my reports and rang the bell to bring next patient. Most of the doctor,I have met till now ,Did not want to listen what the patient has to say , they are in hurry or maybe they are Money minded . I genuinely need advice of where to start and if any doctor on practo can help me get better and I am ready to connect with doctor on practo or in personal. PLEASE HELP

When I place my palm on table and lift my one finger they shake and also when I grab my phone some time my finger shake a little to moderate, and when I am tensed while playing game they shake vigorously ,I am bit worried because my father had parkinson

My hands are shaking since 6 months they do not shake when I keep my hand straight in air .But some time when I hold phone or hold some thing  heavy they shake little to moderate but some time they don't shake and when I was playing game ,It was tensed and suddenly my hands started shaking vigorously but it stop after 10 sec. And some time they don't shake I don't know what is happening and also I feel pressure in my head and beating sensation in my neck when I stand up

My lower back x ray showing strengthening or lordosis, i am feeling severe low back pain and buttock pain , can lordosis can cause pain

I'm suffering with Headache & Vomiting from 7days...feeling too much pain in left hand &Leg...back pain also. Can I worry about it

I have dizziness for past 2 years. Doctor assume this is due to neck so he did Carotid and vertebral Doppler. It is normal. Is this test enough or any other test needed to identify neck like ct or mri..
