Brain and Spine Problems

Hello Doctors. In May 2022 i experienced for the first time dizziness with vomitting. I showed my cardiolgist doctor and he said to take Stemetil md. Recently a week ago I showed to an ENT doctor and he suggested me to take Vertin and if the dizziness then only I should take Stemetil md. So now what shall I do ? Which medicine shall I take ? I take nebicard 2.5mg for my tachycardia as well.

I went for an evening walk and suddenly started feeling dizzy. After a few hours in the night I developed a headache. I took ibuprofen and the headache went away but came back after a few hours. This went on for 4-5 days then the headaches stopped but since then I feel dizzy everyday as if my head is spinning but I don't have a headache. I used to feel the headache on the right side of my head and sometimes on my forehead also. Lately my left side of the head feels normal but I always feel uneasy on the right side sometime it feels heavy and sometimes there is a little pain also.

पिछले एक साल से मुझे सिर में विभिन्न लोकेशन पर प्रेशर टाइप आता है और कुछ देर में चला जाता है, और ऐसे ही प्रोब्लम पूरे सीने में भी होती है | कई डॉक्टर को दिखाया लेकिन आराम नहीं मिल रहा है |  सारी जांच सही आ रही है( TMT,ECG, THYROID,HEAD CT SCAN,CBC BIT-B12 VIT-D ETC. ALL NORMAL). एलोपैथिक उपचार के अलावा आयुर्वेदिक उपचार भी किया लेकिन आराम नहीं मिल रहा है | ये क्या दिक्कत हो सकती है ? मैं बहुत परेशान हूं| कोई आयुर्वेदिक या एलोपैथिक उपचार बताएं प्लीज |

My mother experienced strong headache which remained whole night after taking duloxetine gastro resistant tablet .My mother diagnosed with blocked nerve in her left hand and doctor prescribed this medicine.Should we check with doctor and tell him to change medicines or it's just first day of taking this medicine,we should wait for another  day dose as well?

I can feel fluid in head.After some time fluid dries up. I.e it dries up .What is this condition called.
