Brain and Spine Problems

What happen when i suddenly hit into a path hole while driving in a scooty. Does sudden gerk cause brain concussion. I am afraid now. I was driving at a speed of just 25 km.

I have pain at left side of the head and pain at left side arm and shoulder. Pain at behind left ear as well. Please advise!

Dear doctor, i'm facing light wired feeling in right side head an cheeks an right side nose ...don't know why i'm feeling this...i have anxiety issues an take lot of stress...some time i feeling tingling in right side cheeks..

I am a patient of ankylosing spondylitis for past 8 years, underwent right hip replacement surgery around 6 months ago, currently not any treatment. I am facing sleep deprivation these days and I have also become quite irritable. I am getting only 4 to 5 hours of sleep per day for past 5 days. I usually stay and work from home. Please recommend a solution.

Sometimes and not always but as soon as i wake up ( heavy head , when i move i get dizzy , feel my head so light and sometimes headache .. wake up feeling my whole body is hurting me and after i move around the pain goes away . Pressure between eyebrows .. and pressure on scalp and eyes , feel my ears blocked and pressure sometimes .. if i made a sudden move in the car i feel really dizzy if i made a backflip i get really dizzy .. sometimes i feel like my brain will shut or my blood pressure is dropping , but i go and measure Bp and its good sometimes low but 95% of time or when these symptoms happens BP is normal i used to be okay all of that happened suddenly ( all those symptoms for a year now ) I hate my life i can no longer take all of this symptoms. I made a scan on My brain / Neck / Nose . Mri all of them . Nose showed Crs . My labs are all good Except for vit d . 21 taking meds now for it And Iron is low a bit but ferritin is good

Respect sir/ madam I feeling dizziness from last 20 days.. If i see sunlight or lighting i feel dizziness and some mental disturbance i can't understanding what happens. i feel fear of loss and painted and fall i can't understanding... this syntoms is having from past 2 yeras... Past last year same syntoms I faced i contact to nuro physician at that time I take CT scan also it's normal.. Again now  same situation i  suffering with this type of dizziness and lightning problem with      sunlight and night time in home light... So plzzzzz explain my problem and further tertement and all thanks...

This is about my father, 66 years old, having diabetes, hypertension, CKD and is on medicines like dianorm 40, olkem trio 40, rosuvas 10, Renosave, cetanil T 40/10, etc. He had a first incident of dizziness  and almost fainting but in sense in 2017 but his CT Scan and all other parameters were normal. Some odd 20 days back he had indigestion, got dizzy and was about to faint but he was in sense and vomited after sometime and got stable after sometime with bp 110/70 and normal blood sugar. The local doctor suggested Serum Na, K which came normal. ECG Echo CBC Thyroid USG all are normal. He was also suggested NC CT Scan of brain the report of which is attached along with. Please have a look and grace me thereby.

NCCT scan of Brain reveals : 1. Thin hypodense collection is noted in right parietal convexity of 7-8mm thickness -Sub-dural hygroma vs chronic SDH 2. Periventricular ischemic demyelination changes. 3. Age related cerebral parenchymal atrophy. 4. PNS reveals mild DNS to left side, with inflammatory mucosal thickening in B/L ethmoidal sinuses. My father, 66 years old, recently had a situation of dizziness and almost faint followed by vomiting half an hour later. Instantly he was feeling like indigestion, blood sugar was normal and BP 110/70 and he got stable in hours. He was suggested NC CT Scan of brain the findings of which are mentioned above. He is a patient of hypertension, diabetes, CKD. His CBC, Echo, ECG, Thyroid, USG are all normal. He has no physical or cognitional symptoms. I'm scared of his CT scan findings. Please guide and grace me.

Blood pressure 120 / 98 and while pain using dolo 650 for relief and after couple of days again repeat

I have migraine pain from July of 29th from that day my head started paining since from that day that headache is continuously on my head. It is right side of my head on point it is very painful. Please suggest some medicine for it. So that I can get relief from it immediately.
