Brain and Spine Problems

5 month ago my grandmother suddenly lost her consciousness in morning for a minute. EEG, ECG, Echo, Brain CT scan, Carotid doppler test, Holter monitoring all test are done. In holter frequent pvcs(3000/day) noted but doctor clears it as normal. In CT scan some age related hypodensities, periventricular atrophy noted of no significance. In Echo, concentrated LVH was noted but doctor did not give much importance. She is a patient of High BP and Diabates, Thyroid. Bp fluctuates on 150-160/70 range, Diabates also fluctuates. But she is like this for many years but no such problem seen. Recently 2 more epitodes, feels weakness and problem in walking. What should be done? Please Reply ASAP.

Hi, I have been on anti-epileptics: Leviteracetam (Levipil 2000mg) and Eslicarbazepine (400mg in 2017, 600mg in 2018, 800mg in 2019 and back to 400 mg in 2020 until a few weeks ago when my doctor increased it to 600mg and the to 800mg before tapering down leviteracetam). Just a few days ago, as directed by my doctor I have lowered the dose of Levipil to 1750mg from the 2000mg earlier. Now I am having symptoms that I believe are due to the withdrawal. For example, I live on the 6th floor of my building, and I feel like jumping off my balcony due to a troubling thought of seeking a thrill or something . I sometimes feel extreme anxiety and sometimes depression. Sometimes I have mild panic attacks and such. Also, sometimes there is extreme weakness in my body. But it goes away just as suddenly. I am a bit worried about such weird side effects. Are they normal? If yes, how long will they persist?

17 days back I was injected iv for 2 days .the site is feeling pain and the vein is tight and slightly bulged ,is it normal or should I go to hospital

I can't sleep to fall asleep, I try to fall asleep for hours and hours , even when I am extremely tired and completely exhausted, I lie down with eyes getting heavy but still don't fall asleep. After trying for 8-9hours , I sleep for 1-2hours and can't fall back. My body Is always tired and never well rested. It's been happening for about 2-3 weeks now

I have been a soft  headache for 4-5 months . I had already consulted an opthmalogist for the first time he suggest me to use a glass with power. the second time, the power has been slightly changed. But still I have  Headache ,so what should I do plz suggest me ? And also I have done CT scan the report is normal.

She is suffering from brain hemmorage doctors said there is very few chances of there survival she is admitted in apex hospital jaipur. Please help me and suggest me what to do in this condition.

On 8th March My father suddenly noticed slight deviation of left side of his face. We visited neurologist, he said it was Bell's palsy. He gave ct scan and MRI.. ct scan report was normal. I'm attaching brain MRI report. Kindly check this and say if there is any sign of stroke or any serious illness. I'm very much tensed. Please help doctor.

Does staying in air conditioner increase the pain of sciatica patients or can it stay ? Give me advice so that I can get out of this disease soon.

I had very minor accident in 2020.after few months i started to feel few symptoms on my right side of my body like mild stiffness etc. So I took mri in 2021, doc asked me to ignore , again I took in 2022, same report with same one white spot and in 2023 i took it again (attached here) which has same white spot.I consulted neurologist and she said, the white spot has actually reduced a little bit which is a good news but i am still worried about MS.I took spinal cord MRI too and it is normal , no lesions, EEG is normal. My question is, whenever I exercise or play and look at my watch or mobile display(white text on black background) i see all that text shifted to left and right ) Both eyes are doing it.after sometime , they go to normal, it hppens whenever I am doing stressful exercises.Other things are fine , white text on dark background is the only issue.Is it optic neuritis? I don't know how to read brain MRI, does my brain MRI say i don't have optic neuritis? Please help me

Hi mam/sir Since morning I'm having severe headache it's like whenever I'm moving my head hurts(it's like moving my head) and when I'm eating then also my head hurts...can I take nimesulide tablets as I'm breastfeeding to 7 months old baby Please help
